Job Details



This position is for someone that loves to roll with the day in a busy office.  You are required to wear many hats as most office staff positions do.  This is a full time position.  You meet and greet all customers, answer multi line phones, back up the other office staff, give detailed information about our programs and schedule customers. This is a fast-paced multi-tasking independent position.   This position requires excellent communications skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and pay acute attention to detail.  It also requires professionalism and business maturity.  PLEASE  ATTACH A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  To include but not limited to:

  • Greet and make every customer feel very welcomed to our facility.
  • Answer phones, schedule customers or direct calls per department.
  • Be able to provide detailed information on all programs we offer.
  • Proficient in all Google and Microsoft applications, Quickbooks and the computer in general.
  • Be able to sell our services on all programs to the general public.
  • Assist staff with their schedules and customers. 
  • Collect payments for all services rendered in any program we offer.
  • Complete weekly and monthly stats as required.
  • Send professional emails to congratulate our customers.
  • Organize our free Car Seat Program.

Education Level:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of working with the general public.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service at all times
  • 2+years experience in an office setting.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills are a must.
  • Proficient on all Google and Microsoft applications.
  • FBI Clearance, PA State Police Clearance.
  • Drivers License
