Work Arrangement: Hybrid

The Senior Consultant, Learning & Development will work on project teams with more seasoned practitioners and sales colleagues to design, develop and deliver custom talent management solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. These solutions include change management, culture shaping initiatives, leadership development programs, talent management engagements and utilization of assessments.

Individuals in this role exercise good judgment and demonstrate solid consulting skills to understand customer issues and customize solutions to fit. They have developed a level of presence, maturity, and experience that enables them to take the lead on defined aspects of a project or business development activity.

This role will be customer focused and will partner with internal colleagues and our customers with a lens of curiosity and while having a can-do attitude to ensure the best outcome.
