Hybrid work schedule

Currently we have openings for Technology Solutions Support Analysts (TSSA) to provide HRIS Administration and act as a liaison between Payroll, Human Resources, Finance and other third-party vendors. TSSA will learn the full client implementation process.

Primary Responsibilities for Technology Solutions Support Analyst:

  • Actively supports our culture, our pillars and 1440.
  • Assists Technology Solutions Team with various tasks associated with client setups, client maintenance, reporting and training as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring system documentation, policies and operating procedures are accurate, current, and complete.
  • Provides support related to the employee/manager self-service portal.
  • Updates and maintains set-up for open enrollment, performance feedback and employee/manager user access.
  • Strives to become an expert on multiple technical platforms. Responds to HRIS “help desk” tickets, trouble-shoots system related errors, updates system set-ups, provides HRIS technical support to internal and external staff.
  • Works towards continual improvement within the team and overall organization.
  • Actively seeks out ways to utilize the Human Resource Systems more efficiently to improve both the employee and client experience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Level:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

Must Haves

  • Curiosity to learn and become an expert on multiple technical platforms
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and email)
  • Understands the importance of client confidentiality
  • Detail oriented, multi-tasking with excellent time management

Compensation Range

¤50,000.00 - ¤55,000.00  Hourly
