Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level Welder (Repair Technician) to join our team and provide support by performing basic railcar repair related tasks.
We offer full training and benefits on day one!
Type of Work: Hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday (6am-2:30pm)

- Have basic knowledge of heavy equipment and tools or are willing to learn

Education Level:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Must Haves
- Ability to perform physical activities required to do the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Willingness to learn
- Pass drug screen and physical
Good To Have
- Welding experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in a repair process
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
