Summary

The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role on the Talent Acquisition Team. This position supports the Recruiting Coordinator in all aspects of account set-up, job posts, short-listing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and follow-up. They should be comfortable working independently but be equally comfortable working as part of a team.

Hybrid position remote and in-office (Milwaukee, WI or Schaumburg, IL)

Primary Responsibilities for Recruitment Administrator:

  • Create new accounts in our ATS systems Prism and Werkberry
  • Conduct and/or participate in client job in-take meetings
  • Write job ads and post
  • Shortlist candidates for initial phone screens
  • Schedule first round phone screens
  • Conduct first round interviews
  • Follow-up with candidates
\\\*\\\*Required Experience for Recruitment Coordinator:\\\*\\\*
  • 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully manage client relationships with emphasis on delivering exemplary customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic team player, self-starter and independent thinker
  • Incredible time management skills with a focused ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ATS software

Education Level:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Must Haves
