We have openings for many different skill levels and talents, but energy and enthusiasm is a must for all of our customer facing roles.

All Team Members:

• Commit to learning agency system and processes and completing all tasks in an efficient manner using our systems.
• Work with all team members to refine agency processes and support one another as needed.
• Answer inbound calls from clients and instill confidence in them that our team is excited to assist them.
• Document all interactions with clients in our Agency Management System to continue to build out the information we have on the client as a tool for providing even better service in the future.
• Develop professional relationships with our insurance carrier's local and regional claim staff
• Plus other responsibilities specific to your role.
