Summary

Eber & Associates is looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to sell, cross-sell, and service personal lines of insurance. Applicants must have a property and casualty license to qualify for this position, but we are willing to train the Right Candidate! We recognize the importance of our employees’ health, and we are committed to providing a high-quality competitive employee benefit program, which is designed to address our employees’ benefit needs. Work Arrangement:  Full-Time Salary Compensation: $30- $60K License: P&C license required. Willing to train the Right Candidate for licensure. Manage a personal book of business, expected to answer phones and service accounts for clients.

• Quote, and process new business, policy changes, and coverages
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and producers by providing a superior level of service
• Solid understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products and coverages
• Work with multiple insurance carriers
• Cross-sell, up-sell existing clients and ask for life referrals
